The Female Factor Retreat hosted 50 attendees in Santa Cruz, California. We learned how to infuse at a workshop led by Stanford HTC, hosted a Teen Track with rap session facilitated by Oakland Children's HTC and GutMonkey took us to the Sequoia Redwoods in Henry Cowell State Park where we learned about nature, ourselves and navigating outdoor activity with a bleeding disorder. We learned about Iron Deficiency Anemia, Heavy Menstrual Bleeding, Hormones, Prophylaxis and more! We did Chair Yoga and MiXXed Fit dancing! The arts and crafts were a hit and requested for next year. Thank you to our volunteers, committee members, sponsors and presenters for making this year's retreat exceed expectations for attendees.
